Apostilles and Certificates

REQUIREMENTS

  • Many documents which are being filed out of this country for adoptions, education, relocations, etc. require an apostille or certification of the Notary Public or Justice of the Peace signature.
  • Each document must have an original New Hampshire Notary Public or Justice of the Peace signature witnessing the signature of the author of the document.  If signed by a notary, the notary'due south seal must be included in order to exist certified by this part. RSA 5-C:98 Vital Records Copies.

Bonded Warehouses

RSA 348:1 Licenses. Any person, firm or corporation having a place of business within the land, who keeps and maintains for rent a warehouse for the storage of goods, wares and merchandise of persons, firms or corporations shall be a public warehouseman. A public warehouseman shall obtain an almanac license from the Secretary of Country. The fee for such license shall be l Dollars ($50.00). Whoever violates any provision of this department shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

RSA 348:2 Bond. He shall give bail to the state for the true-blue performance of his duties, in an amount and with sureties to be approved past the governor, and may appoint i or more deputies, for whose acts he shall be responsible.
